DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY (DISA)
FSI provides system/software engineering expertise in the integration of the Commercial Joint Mapping Toolkit (CJMTK) into the Global Command and Control System – Joint variant (GCCS-J). The CJMTK is a standardized, commercial, comprehensive toolkit of software components for the management, analysis, and visualization of map and map-related information. JMTK is a suite of government-developed software applications that provides the Mapping, Charting, Geodesy, and Imagery (MCG&I) functionality for mission applications. During this effort, FSI developed the CJMTK to JMTK Bridge (WMSBDG) capability for the GCCS-J non-segmented client. The WMSBDG is an Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant Web Map Service (WMS) client that provides background maps to GCCS-J. This functionality will provide continued base map capability for GCCS installations world wide for those JMTK-based applications unable to migrate to the CJMTK. |

Forward Slope provides FFF Enterprises with technology research, rapid prototype development and technology assessments. Recently, Forward Slope designed, architected and built the initial prototype of FFF Enterprises’ newly launched "myfluvacine.com" initiative. In addition, FSI introduced web forums, RSS feeds, and XML schema's to facilitate compliance with "ePedigree" state compliance laws. |

FLEET ANTI-SUBMARINE WARFARE COMMAND (FLTASWCOM)
FSI support to the Fleet ASW Command includes the following: FSI represents NAVAIR Air ASW Programs and as such, represents PEO Air ASW, Assault & Special Mission Programs, PMA 205 Air Training, PMA 264 ASW Sensors, PMA 290 Maritime Surveillance Aircraft, PMA 299. Multi-Mission Helicopters and NAVAIR Orlando. FSI support also covers System Acquisition, AIR ASW Requirements, Experimentation, Budgetary Planning and Execution and System Analysis. FSI also produces a Quarterly AIR ASW Newsletter. |

MARINE CORPS SYSTEMS COMMAND (MARCORSYSCOM)
FSI Provides systems engineering and software development support to the Communications, Intelligence & Networking Systems Product Group at MARCORSYSCOM. Activities include performing functional requirements analysis, systems analysis, and architectural analysis to develop associated documents including the Functional Description Document and Architecture Description Documents. Additional engineering support includes preparation of Software Requirements Specifications and Software Design Documents. FSI also provides software development services to support Intel systems and Intel training systems for fielded Marine Systems. |

MORTGAGE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (MCM)
FSI is currently converting MCM’s clients to an environment where their daily raw data files are uploaded and normalized via a web interface. In addition, our technologists are also developing a reporting mechanism designed to replace the current spreadsheet-based model. This XML-defined, C#-driven process removes much of the manual intervention required of the current method, freeing MCM personnel to concentrate on interpreting the results, not creating the reports. Once the initial model is finalized, client conversion will commence. |

FSI provides financial and budget data analysis capabilities for the Submarine Integration Program Office. Our support includes working with Program Management personnel to execute spend plans, and working with various teams in order to develop long-range budget forecasts. In addition, FSI plays a significant role in working with the clients to create workflow tools which consolidate the spend plan and execution of funds in the budgeting cycle. |

SPACE AND NAVAL WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND (SPAWAR) - BUSINESS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE
FSI provides data analysis, data integrity and systems administrative services for the SPAWAR BRM. FSI's role includes extensive support of FMIS 2000 (User Training, Data Integrity, Best Practices) as well as other SPAWAR financial management systems to include iRAPS, SAP, and STARS. Looking forward into FY08, FSI is assisting Team SPAWAR with the planned migration to N-ERP. |

SPACE AND NAVAL WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND (SPAWAR) - JOINT PROTECTION ENTERPRISE NETWORK (JPEN)
The Joint Protection Enterprise Network (JPEN) is a net-centric information sharing initiative to support the Global War on Terrorism and assist with activation of US Northern Command's (NORTHCOM) Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) mission.
FSI involvement on JPEN has included systems engineering, software development, deployment analysis, training guidance, exercise support, security and system certification requirements, wireless interface requirements, and geospatial web services integration. Additional responsibilities include technical risk assessment, platform compatibility testing, workflow analysis, user interface enhancements, and C4ISR domain expertise. |

WELK RESORT GROUP
Founded in 1964 by the late entertainment icon Lawrence Welk, Welk Resorts has developed and/or operated more than 1,100 luxury vacation units, villas and hotel rooms in San Diego; Maui, Hawaii; the Palm Desert area; Branson, Missouri; and Cabo San Lucas. FSI was hired to update Welk's business management/ business intelligence reporting tools for its sales, marketing, and internal operations departments. FSI recently completed the creation of a real-time, Web-Services based application that provides real-time access to sales, marketing and product data for Welk’s Finance and Marketing teams. FSI continues to provide operational support and technical consulting for Welk's current operations and new resort developments projects. |
