Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is a trait that Forward Slope
practices across our entire organization. In fact,
Lean practices have been a cornerstone of our
organization since the very beginning. For example,
in order to standardize and institutionalize
quality, Forward Slope practices Lean Six Sigma
techniques and we have a Six Sigma Black Belt
serving as a senior manager. In addition, the senior
management of Forward Slope is classically trained
in institutional corporate quality practices and
management techniques such as Total Quality
Management (TQM) and Total Quality Leadership (TQL).
Examples of our lean corporate practices can be seen
in the management of our accounting, administrative
and HR practices. Quality Assurance via LSS is a
