On August 9, 2018 Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (NIWC) Logistics and Fleet Support Directorate (4.0) announced that Forward Slope, Inc. (FSI) was awarded the prime contract to provide NIWC Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Data Environment Repository (SPIDER), NIWC Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR), Human Analysis and Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Technical Documentation Acquisition and Development (TDAD), NIWC Casualty Response Action Tracker (SCRAT) applications, and other systems, collectively referred to as the “4.0 IT Tools” the full-lifecycle software engineering services. FSI will support the engineering services to maintain, modify, deploy, and sustain the 4.0 IT Tools. FSI will also provide business analysis, requirements development, database architecture and development, User Interface (UI) design, project and release management, configuration management, software architecture, design and engineering, testing, sustainment engineering, graphic design, technical writing, technical data maintenance services, training, and provide program support services.
