FSI Awarded Best Places to Work San Diego for Ninth Consecutive Year

On September 7, 2020 Forward Slope, Inc. (FSI) was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work San Diego for the ninth consecutive year. As the ranking announcement states, “The San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards program recognizes outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices are among the best in the region.”

Carlos Persichetti, CEO of FSI, said in a company-wide email, “Of all the thousands of companies in San Diego, it’s just an honor to be selected as a Finalist Winner in one of the four competitive business categories. But now, to put FSI’s last week’s detailed ranking honor into better perspective, thousands of local companies competed and yet only 96 were selected as Finalists.  We all should be personally gratified to see that of the 36 Finalists in the MEDIUM EMPLOYER CATEGORY (50 - 249 U.S. EMPLOYEES), this year FSI was truly honored as the 6th Place Winner. Last year in this same competition we were honored as the 17th place winner, so this is a huge improvement for FSI’s Corporate Culture and FSI’s Focus on Quality of Life for all of us and our extended FSI Family.” He added, “This year we, we had the chance to view anonymous feedback - and one of my favorites is “Focus on solving challenging engineering problems rather than an obsession with dollars and cents.
