FSI’s Chief Technology Officer’s unwavering commitment to raise $10,000 for cancer research to ride 100 miles; Joins the SD Padres Pedal the Cause Board of Directors.

On May 8th 2021, Forward Slope’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Principal, Mr. Dale McIntosh will participate in San Diego’s Padres Pedal the Cause virtual event. Padres Pedal the cause  is where participants can register and fundraise in honor of survivors, fighters and loved ones lost to cancer. This Virtual experience opens its doors to anyone who can partake by running, walking, and cycling, 100% of fundraising dollars go directly to cancer research. Padres Pedal the Cause provides funding for collaborative research teams at Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health, The Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute and Rady Children's Hospital San Diego. In Dale’s own words “ Padres Pedal is about two things: raising awareness and raising money for cancer research, in the hopes of realizing our shared goal: a world without cancer.”

Mr. McIntosh has also been recognized and honored with a nomination and selection to the San Diego Padres Pedal the Cause Board of Directors.
